Remote IT Support
We offer businesses and home users 7 day access to remote IT support. Contact PC Repair Southend up to 7pm any day for assistance by phone, email or online chat. Best of all, we’ll get the vast majority of issues solved there and then.

On-Site IT Support
Some issues can’t be solved remotely. On-site assistance whenever and wherever you need it. We can help with software issues such as expertise with Excel and Word. Additionally, labour for any repairs is covered free of charge by the plan.

Conditions / Exclusions / Notes

• Unlimited telephone and online support covers seven days a week between the hours of 9am and 7pm.
• Callouts are for a maximum of one hour. Customer PC will be brought back to the premises of pcrepairsouthend.com for further analysis where issues are likely to take more than one hour.
• Cover excludes costs incurred due to the breakdown of components not under guarantee.
• Cover excludes problems resulting from the installation or attempted installation of software or hardware by the customer or other third party.
